Good tasting pre workout. Tingles fro the beta alanine but expected. gives me the extra energy burst to get through my workouts. watermelon flavour tastes good as well.
Good pre workout - I don’t love beta alanine but I liked that I didn’t feel the tingle feeling from beta alanine to strong!
