This product has been life-changing! It's scent-free and creamy, but not too thick. Spreads out easily on skin. It alleviates intense knee pain, joint pain, and leg spasms from arthritis and it also lasts several hours. I usually use it in the morning or evening. Works WONDERS!

The tube size isnt too big; and is good for about a weeks worth of applications - twice a day . I was doing two hip areas and a knee; so the dose for each area was about a teaspoon.(On each area each time- twice a day for a week) The cream itself was silky smooth and spread easily. I noticed the effect in about 15 minutes, and it seemed to last 3 to 4 hours. I believe in the high quality of the product.

This cream is all it’s advertised to be. It relieves the pain in my arthritic hands just as well if not better than an Rx product. It’s not greasy. No fragrance is a plus for me. I feel good about using an homeopathic product with no artificial ingredients.

At first applying this in my knees thought theres some mint or smells but no it’s just a cream and I was thinking it was useless but little did I know I feel some relief into my knees - so mint or heat or cooling sensation doesn’t mean to this cream it is its ingredients

I love this cream. I wish the tube was a bit larger. It really works at night before bed. I put on gloves to make sure the cream penetrates down to the bone.
