These extremely fine pellets are placed under the tongue to dissolve and do their trick. I sent to my daughter at college and she said the made a definite difference. The quality is good and I noticed that after taking it for about a week my acne improved. The size is kind of small and based on the serving of 8 tablets 3 times a week it finishes fast so I save it for when my acne gets bad. The packaging is also really nice.

I bought this on a whim since I've had some random acne lately. I've taken the pellets almost every day but haven't noticed any difference. I will say that the packaging is convenient, but I had a hard time at the beginning figuring out how to get the pellets out.
