Amazing supplement, totally recommended. Its a decent dose to improve focus gently without make you feel wired. 200mg gave me anxiety but not this one.

I received subtle energy from this capsule. I'm taking 2 a day and will be assessing whether I need a higher dose. It worked in combination with B complex and solo B-12 liquid. Worth trying if you need an adrenal assist.
