Ordinarily, I use E 400mg, but this can be used by simply multiplying the number of mg to make 400. A good substitute in an emergency.

This is a quality brand that I trust and I prefer the "dry" vitamin e because it is less likely to be rancid (common issue with oil supplements).
Tablets very easy to swallow. I use the prearat because due to a bowel disease I have poor absorption of nutrients, and this preparation supports my body and skin. It seems to me that since I have been using it my complexion has improved
Great product. The pills are a little too big to swallow. I open them up and mix the powder with water. The taste is neutral. The powder is very fine, so do not inhale.
dry vitamin E is great for me, the low dosage is perfect for me the size is small and easy to swallow the quality and ingredients are very good 👍
I personally like solaray for their good quality ingredients and their dosage. The capsules size aren’t huge horse pills and have no taste. Packaging has an easy access lid. I take vitamin e as someone with a menstrual cycle to reduce the effect of cramping pms. I feel when I’m consistent, the symptoms are reduced.

I purchase this product to add into a mixture of other powdered Vitamins to assist in immune health. The product has no adverse taste and the capsule size is small. Ingredient seems good as well!
