I need more calcium so this is part of my stack, together with vitamin D and vitamin K2 (which makes sure calcium needs to go where it should). Hard to judge quality and effect in a short time but had no bad reactions. Didn’t notice any anxiety relief but I’m already on other medications so for that this may be quite mild (it may potentiate the effect but I also didn’t notice this). For those with less tolerance it may help (or maybe also for those with super tolerance it could help too but I am trying agmatine for that).
