I take this if I can feel or feel like I might or am at risk of getting sick and if I do rarely get sick I'll take it while I'm sick and I don't get sick often so perhaps it's this or could be my immune system.

The size is great, using it through all the flew season and it really helped to not get sick, stil have it. I didn’t think it would make a difference, but surprisingly, I was the only one in my family of 3 who didn’t get sick! The composition of echinacea seems to improve my immune support. No concern at all, just a fantastic supplement that truly works from my practise! I used a dosage: even if it said that one serving is 2 tablets, one was enough for me, eveery session was 14 days long . Tastes ok, no concerns there. I can say the quality is great
