Most other L-glutamine/Z-Carnosine supplements tend to mix a lot of ingredients that might be counter-intuitive for a sensitive gut like Slippery Elm Bark Powder, Marshmallow Root Powder and others. This one keeps it simple and objective.

I'm about a week and a half into using this. It feels good - soothing. I've heard it doesn't take long to see results with healing gut permeability. On the other hand, it doesn't take long to wreck your gut with poor food choices. I'd say right now, I have less intestinal gas, so that is improvement. I've used glutamine and zinc carnosine before, but not this way. I haven't been organized enough to manage taking it twice a day, but I have purchased another bottle so I can continue with this.
A few years ago I noticed that my digestive system could use a little help. I found the Solaray gutshield powder and use it (almost) daily. I mix a quarter teaspoon in 8 ounces of water to drink while preparing my lunch. Digestion seems smoother now.
The delivery is fast. I don't know the effect yet. I'll have to try some more.
Quality seems to be good. Has been helping with my digestive issues. Has no real taste and the ingredients are clean.
