AC Fighting PHA 12 Purifying Liquid, 2.7 fl oz (80 ml)

I bought this specifically for its relatively high concentration of gluconolactone, which is a PHA exfoliator that's good for sensitive skin. I am using it daily as a toner without any irritation. I appreciate that it has no fragrance and has a generous slip, meaning a little bit goes a long way for the whole face. With such a gentle exfoliator, I don't expect to see the more immediate results that I would see with an AHA or BHA. That's ok as long as it works over the long term! Also, it doesn't have the more common emollients like glycerin, hyaluronic acid, or ceramides, so it's best to put a serum or moisturizer on top that contains one or more of these ingredients to keep the moisture barrier protected.

A very good quality serum that I prefer use as a toner during the night skin care routine. Very gentle(and for sensitive skin)but the same time very effective especially for my acne-prone skin (and fungal acne safe). Of course use sunscreen, as it is Exfoliating acid. The composition is very simple and not irritating , with pleasant scent.

PHA is a very gentle acid to use which makes it a perfect fit if you have sensitive skin or rosacea. This is my product of choice to gently exfoliate my skin without triggering rosacea.
