I love the combination of collagen (especially multiple types of collagen) and hyaluronic acid. I take collagen and hyaluronic acid daily and feel better to overall well-being and less depressed, although I don't know if there is a connection.

I have been advised by my doctor to take multiple collagen not only type 1 and 3 to relieve the muscle tension I am not sure about the results of this as i just started but the price id great and the ingredients covers all collagen needs in my body
