If you suffer from migraines I would recommend highly - I keep these and excedrin migraine everywhere; office, bathroom, car and purse so im never without them
Sometimes it helps and sometimes doesn't it depends on a type of migraine that you have I have bought this for my husband, he uses 2 at a time, in any case this is the only one that helps so far, the quality is good, packaging was good, the composition isn't something that I like, but at least it helps.
