The result of taking is excellent, but for me the concentration of pineapple supplement is high. It is necessary to dilute at least in 0.5 liters of water. Next time I'll order without flavor. But it really works! I like running during training, now I run without any stress at all.

I don’t notice any taste or digestive upset which usually happens when I consume mono hydrate. However I do experience water retention in my under eyes and ankles/feet. I’ve backed off to half a does and that seems to be helping. I can’t say for sure if it’s related but ive been lifting way heavier at the gym - over my body weight in rdl’s- and feeling like I could do more so…🤷‍♀️

I’ve tried the raspberry flavored Creatine, which was great. No aftertaste, just straight up excellent flavor. Looking forward to trying the pineapple flavor. I add a few of the little scoops to my large water I carry with me all day… excellent quality and so much better than any sort of energy drink on the market.

Love the quality of this product and the super-condensed size of it. The flavour is a bit overpowering if I add it to my electrolytes, so I drink it in a smaller volume. The ingredients seem clean and it’s a really handy travel size. It dissolves really well.
