Didn't quite know what to expect to be honest, but I can really say I'm very pleasantly surprised. It has helped me both with reducing night sweats, as well as I feel it benefits my overall mood. I will definitely re-purchase, and I do recommend this product.
The quality looks good. Taste is ok. I really like that there are only pure ingredients. My dosage is take 1 capsules a day. The size is ok, and its easy to swallow. The benefits are clear, because within a week the cycle normalized. The bleeding ended when it should have. And most importantly, the pain stopped, which was very relevant to me in recent months. I can say that I combine this with cohosh root and the result is excellent! I recommend it to all women who have already tried "everything" and nothing helps! Maybe it will work for you too!
