Totox levels are less than 7.4 this is great and no refrigeration needed. This really is high and excellent quality and I think it’s effective against inflammation and with my heart health too. Taste has lemon flavor so there’s no fishy breath smell. Gives me my daily dose of omega 3s 2,000mg for 2 capsules

The capsules are pretty big, but no problem taking them. The lemon taste is a bit artificial, but not repelling. I take it to regulate inflammation, especially to balance out the Omega 6 that comes from seeds oils.
I love this brand for high quality vitamins. These are the ones recommended by my chiropractor for inflammation. Pretty large, so it could be hard for some.
I need to do omega testing but last I checked taking this brand was covering my needs as I don't eat fish. Large softgels not the easiest to swallow but no bad taste and no bite back. Clean qualioty brand.
Love this triglyceride form of fish oil. A one-capsule dosing is easy and convenient. There is no taste or fish-burps for me. Quality and testing is essential for fish oils, as rancidity is pervasive. Great research for aging and other facets of health.
Metagenics is a quality brand, for one - clean ingredients with purity and quality testing. Their fish oil supplement is sustainable sourced, 1000 mg softgel that has 0 aftertaste in my experience. I have found this brand is recommended by a number of reputable health practitioners. I guess it's obvious I like the quality of the Metagenics brand and especially this fish oil supplement!
You don’t need as many of these ( I only take one per day) No fishy smells or taste. I do keep it in the fridge to keep it fresh. High quality
