Taking vitamin D along with vit K is crucial! You can research it more yourself, but it’s much more beneficial for absorption and vit D levels, etc. You will notice much better results and sooner, when taking a Vit D with vit K. This is a reputable brand with great quality ingredients in their supplements, so that’s why it is a little more pricey, but I don’t skimp on my health! Everyone should be supplementing with this daily or at least weekly.
