I guess some people use Beta-alanine for training purposes, but I use it because it's claimed that it would improve heart health by increasing carnosine levels. I have a family history of poor heart health and I'm finnish and we have higher levels of heart disease in our country. Some people claim it has an effect with muscle growth and energy levels. If you're not used to it, you can get a tingling sensation a while after consuming it.

This beta-alanine has worked well for me. I use small daily doses over a long period to build up carnosine levels in the muscles. The quality is solid, and it has a neutral taste and smell. It does cause the typical tingling sensation, especially when taken on an empty stomach. I also really like the little scoop included, which makes dosing very easy.

It doesn't necessarily have zero taste, but it's close enough that I can mix it in juice and not be totally grossed out. I use this with l-histidine to help make carnosine in my body. Works great!

scoop is small ,unflavored and easy to mix and disolve with water very effective during the workout no more afternoon crush with that product consume 3 times a day for better result

Good stuff. EVLution is good at amino acids. The scoop allows to take 3.2 gr (2 scoops). Very convenient. The tube itself (size, lid, etc) is very nice. So overall rating for packaging is 5 of 5. if you do cardio or lifting, this product supports you. Just be careful with the doze. I would recommend not to exceed 4 gr.
