I've likely never seen my supplements oxidize after just one use in two months before. A quick tip: make sure to cap them Very tightly. As I live in a hot and humid place like Singapore, I would try storing them in the fridge next round. The one time that I had it, I did feel a difference in feelin more calm

i have been using GABA and L-theanine as my sleep aid for years, i bought it the first time because it consists of both and also magnasium. However it does not work on me at all, i tried 1 capsule for a few time, not feeling any sense of relax and sleepy then i take 2 capsules at one time, still no feeling at all.

As far as we can tell, it works great with no complaints. Solid quality, clean ingredients, good dosage. Be warned if you pee in the night, your pee will be bright yellow! No after taste, just a bright pee! Love that it is supposed to help your sleep and calm you down in the evenings. Worth a try!

I cant wait to get my 2nd bottle. That supplement is the best thing i have every used for my sleep. The body may get tolerate to it so i started cycling and it did wonders. Saved me through the most anxious nights. I just wish to see their lab tested certificates to be sure it s free of any heavy metals. It did oxidaze rapidly tho so keep it in the fridge
