Excellent quality vitamin D. Excellent absorption. Family member had low vitamin D was taking different brand. When taking Carlson blood level of vitamin D returned to normal range. i bye buy this hight level vitamin D3 because if you become sik you need more vitamine D and in high unit , yhen you become free with your thikness , i meen if you become sik you have to take more v.d3 to get rid of your sikness and fleu , because it make your systeem stronger then normaal ,
