Let me explain clearly why I recommend using more L-Citrulline than L-Arginine — even though some supplements do the opposite. The science behind it: L-Citrulline and L-Arginine both lead to nitric oxide (NO) production → better blood flow and muscle pump. BUT: L-Arginine: Is poorly absorbed in the intestines. A lot of it gets broken down by the liver before reaching your bloodstream. So, even if you take 6 g of Arginine, you may only get 2 g of useful effect. L-Citrulline: Absorbs easily and bypasses the liver. It is converted into Arginine inside your body — but more efficiently and stably. So taking 6 g of Citrulline leads to higher blood Arginine levels than taking 6 g of Arginine itself. That’s why clinical studies and professional formulations usually recommend: More Citrulline than Arginine — typically 2:1 ratio Example from real research: One study found that 6 g Citrulline raised nitric oxide more than 6 g Arginine. Taking Citrulline + Arginine together in a 2:1 ratio improves absorption and boosts pump even more. Summary: L-Citrulline — Strong, lasting NO booster — Higher dose. L-Arginine — Short-term NO boost — Lower dose. Best Combo — Citrulline:Arginine = 2:1 — More effective and better tolerated

Arginine powder

Great quality arginine powder. The tast is bad, like all arginine powders, but mixed with food is easy to take.

Great!

I started taking L-arginine to improve my endometrial thickness. Don't know if it's because of L-aginini, or because of other lifestyle changes combined, but my period is better now, and I assume my endometrial thickness is also better.

Good option!

This product is easy to use, and a good value. I needed arginine as part of the amino acid blend my doctor wants me to take to address deficiency and support my gut. I recommend this one if you're looking for arginine. A little scoop mixes easily into my amino blends that I put in almond milk.
