I’ve been using this for a few weeks now and I can definitely notice a benefit to my mood and brain fog, and I tend to notice the days I have forgotten to take it. I’ve been using this and some other supplements to combat brain fog from some other medications and it’s really helped. Only minor thing is the large size of the capsule.
