These are the best value aloe vera inner leaf softgels I've found. It contains 100mg of 200:1 aloe vera concentrate per softgel. The other brands I've come across contain only 50mg or 25mg per softgel. I chew the softgels instead of swallowing them as the contents have a fairly pleasant taste. It has an anti-inflammatory effect and helps soothe and heal irritated gastrointestinal mucosa.
