I was looking for K vitamin amd this is exactly what i was looking for. It is not only separated K2 like most of supplements hlave . I thing complex votamin K is better choice. But be careful too much k2 influence vitamin E absorbtion . I take only one caps in the morning with fat. Quality is for me okay,also package is perfect because it lasts for 2 months, for this price you probably hardly find something better. Since its capsule form ot does not have taste , and size of the capsule is not totally small but for me easy to swallow

I like these capsules. Ingredients are dry form. Not a fat oil gel version.

60 Capsules of 2,040 mcg dosage of Super K Complex. 3 types of quality Vitamin K, to cover all the bases. this promotes healthy calcium metabolism, supports heart health and helps maintain strong, healthy bones. The ratio is good, I guess. minimal added ingredients. capsule is average sized. Hoping this is going to bring down my calcium score.

I have taken this together with calcium supplement and oh my god the difference it has made. I have paper thin soft nails since being a child and could never have length above the tip of my finger. However after taking this with calcium my nails grew and even got stronger and it was painful to press on them to try and bend, which I could easily do before due to them being paper soft. The quality of the ingredient is absolutely fantastic because it actually works and the size is easy to swallow without any problem.

Very good product for pairing with Vit. D3. A nice dosage, good ingredients, hope it will help our health.
