I'm just not sure how much a difference these make. It's hard to tell and maybe you would need to run a hormone panel to really know. But I certainly haven't felt a difference so I probably won't buy again

I bought this instead of Medcaps which was much more expensive. This has almost the same ingredients for much less a price. I will test my thyroid next week and see how my T3 level is to determine if it's effective.
