Yellow Dock, Combination Cut, 16 oz

I bought this because I saw somewhere it was good for iron levels. I haven't been taking it too consistently nor had any test yet so can't say if it's helping. It does have a bitter flavor which is to be expected. I make a big tea in a glass quart jar and fill it with boiling water and cover. Later in the day I strain it and drink it. Sometimes I add stevia drops to encourage me to drink it. Yellow dock is also supposed to be good for constipation, and a good blood cleanser, both of which I could use. Should last for a while with this size bag.

I make a batch of this tea which I have with honey and lemon to enhance the potency. Great product

Am using this to make mouthwash and repair cavities. Seems strong!

This is a good product by Dr. C. It doesn't taste good but it's cleansing the body. It's also a good amount of herbs for the price.

Wanted actual yellow dock , the combination has comfrey in it and if used incorrectly comfrey can be harmful. I have been currently using it in a foot bath but it wasn’t what I thought it was sadly.
