I have combination, very sensitive skin, and this product is great. It’s not really a serum, but more like an essence in my opinion. I think it would be great for oily skin because of the lightweight texture. It’s scent less and very gentle on the skin. I use it every night and so far it’s been very moisturizing.
I own several products from this brand, and all of them were either good or great, but this is my first product from their Birch Juice line. This serum has a thin gel consistency, not greasy, and it quickly absorbs into the skin. It would probably work for any skin type, sensitive as well, but oily and combination types should benefit from it the most, as it is very light. It contains several types of hyaluronic acid for hydration, ascorbic acid for brightening, and a lot of plant extracts like licorice, seaweed, aloe, neem, artichoke etc., most of them have calming properties as far as I know. I enjoy using this product, and I haven't experienced any irritation from it, though keep in mind that some people can be allergic to birch.
