This cream has a smooth texture and is perfect for soothing irritated and acne-prone skin. It absorbs really well and has a pleasant scent. I've only used it a handful of times, but I think the texture reminds me of a favorite that's not longer made--something like a gentle gel moisturizer, but with the body of a cream, if that makes sense. Like all Round Lab products, gentle enough for sensitive skin and you don't need a ton to feel moisturized.

Finally found the gel-cream consistency/texture that is "enough" for my skin. Cream consistencies are too much for me while gel types are lacking: dries easily. Has cooling effect aside from soothing. Leaves the skin plump and smooth without the tacky finish. Faint herbal scent. It's a tub with a spatula. 1 scoop goes a long way: includes my neck. I am in my 30s with sensitized skin, and this is part of my night time routine. I recommend and will definitely repurchase.

I have very sensitive skin and I am really enjoying this moisturizer so far. It has a good consistency for day or evening - substantial but not greasy. Also it comes with a little spoon so the jar packaging is more hygienic, which I appreciate.

gel texture tiny bit of a smell that dissappears immediately the size takes a while to empty good for sensitive skin but if you sweat a lot when you are supposed to where this not that good of an idea
