One of my favourite base water toners ever!I have an oily and somehow sensitive skin. And this toner is great for everything - it calming, it has a pleasant texture and flavor, it's not irritating or cause redness,and the package is bigger than usual toners. I've already repurchased it several times and can recommend it for almost every one. Not sure about extra dy skin here, maybe you need more milky texture.
