I alternative between this and Cocokind Ceramide Serum. This has a great texture, and it goes well after serums and before an oil based toner. It's moisturizing and gives a nice dewy glow. There is no scent. The texture offers a nice slip to the skin. The package is terrible. It's too thin and unstable. Would recommend it if you're looking for a separate Ceramide serum/essence addition into your routine.

This is a very hearty essence, not watery at all. Before buying I watched reviews that compared to more of a serum consistency and I agree. It has a good amount of viscosity. This essence is super nourishing for dry skin. Paired with the cream it is perfect for protecting skin from dry winter air. Have not tested it in other seasons, but I am sure it would perform well for those with dry skin like me.

I use alot of actives and put my barrier though it so I need good ceramide products to help give it support. The problem it I find many of them drying on me or they can even burn and irritate me due to something else in the formula. No issue with that with this brand. This essence adds moisture while delivering those barrier supporting goodness.

I liked this essence, I used it together with the cream from the same series in winter. It's lightweight and provides excellent hydration. Did not irritate my sensitive skin.

yet I adore this essence. There is a tackiness about it, yet it is neither painful nor unpleasant. I do not particularly like the packaging, but it is just my preference.

I have oily skin so I tend to avoid milky toners/essences or very rich textures but I enjoy using this essence. I does have a tackiness to it but it's not uncomfortable or unpleasant. I don't like the packaging that much that's just my personal preference.

i like this line from torriden i use it together with the face cream and am very satisfied it is good and healthy for the skin barrier. this is thick essence more like serum.
