Dr. Thomas Lodi recommends 3 supplements for heart health. L-Carnitine, Taurine, and D-Ribose. This is what I'm taking for the L-Carnitine. I am also taking the Lake Avenue (iherb) brand of D-Ribose. The Taurine I got is Life Extension brand.
