I have used creatine HCL in the past,which is the best form available of creatine,but had never heard of Alpha-GEE before.I was surprised at how well it lessens muscle soreness.It began working in three days.Just wish the bottle was larger.
Fantastic to find a Creatine HCL product with added bonus of aiding recovery. Pill form is very convenient, I have not experienced the same bloating or cramps as I do with Monohydrate equivalent. In short time using it I have had a noticeable uptick in energy and reps when lifting. The main benefit is reduction of DOMS.

I finished the bottle, but I'm not sure if it works for me. My main goal was to reduce recovery time (massive soreness even for 1-2 weeks), but I didn't notice any effect. Recently I changed supplements and I'm taking Orthomol Tendo, I rub herb balm into muscles and reduced amount of protein from meat. That seems to work much better.
Creatine monohydrate does not sit well in my stumoch, HCl creates all most no bloating to my belly, con cret is a patented foam of ceatine and been around for long time. I use this product year around pill goam makes it easy and handy for me.
