Kava truly helps me get through situations that cause me anxiety. This Kava is of good quality with clean ingredients and the size of the bottle lasts a good amount of time. The dosage can be based on your individual needs to give the benefit of a calm mind. It can be combined with water or a little bit of juice to make it taste better.

Good quality, tastes awful neat, so better to dilute. I normally add a dropperful to my tea in the morning and afternoon.

High quality kava and scent nice and packaged very well

High quality Kava, you really don’t need a lot to feel the effects. Not the best tasting but not many of them are so I would recommend mixing it in with water or juice. Very good size for this price as it will go a long way.
