This serum has a really short ingredient list which is nice if you're having skin issues and you need to simplify your routine. I alternate between this serum and another for either barrier repair or just regular maintenance.
It doesn't feel like a regular serum, its almost like an essence/oil type of consistency. I don't prefer the feeling of oils but this didn't bother me at all.
Again this is a very limited ingredient list so this won't heal your skin barrier overnight or anything and should be used regularly but if you're skin is super irritated, this might be one of the few serums that don't sting.
