I recently added this to my routine. I have noticed a reduction in inflammation corresponding with the time of adding it. I find it pairs well with Oil of Oregano, as well. I plan on continuing using it for a while since I do seem to be seeing results. It will be interesting to take a break at some point and see what differences are discernible. It is easy to take and there is no noticeable unpleasantness associated with it.

No negative effects from using this product. No ability to determine positive effects. But the fact that there is no way to know it's actual active ingredient content is problematic. This is the reason I've stopped buying it.
