The 50000 IU pill is perfect for crowded pills schedule, it's one pill/week for 8 weeks, then it's a piece of cake to go from there with any good 10000 IU supplement. That's one way to go with guidelines but it's not common to find these pills at a discount. It's a generous quantity too!
