The probiotic gummies are such a nice way to keep myself taking it consistently. Not sure about its effectiveness and quality, but the taste is not too sweet. The ingredient states that there’s something to increase the healthy bacterial colonies in your gut microbiome, so hopefully it helps with my digestion.

Greay price for the size , did felt good in my stomach for the first uses , but dont know after a while, taste good but the texture is weird like a gum it is kinda hard but then melts
