I like to eat my protein instead of drinking it and BCAA are quiet limited at this regard so this product is really welcome. Amount of BCAA is not that much unless you eat lot of them but then it becomes expensive. I think the taste is texture is bit like a gummy candy. It does what I expected it to do.
