This vitamin d3 is a game changer. I used to have very low most of the time. I used like 2 weeks consistently which I don’t recommend!(i knew what I was doing. Did it intentionally )And my very low d3 vitamin became very high and the doctor said to me u need to stop same time the supplements that contain vitamin d3.
