The gummies are powerful. I had my level of selenium in blood tested before taking the gummies and while taking them. The level of selenium in blood was much higher while taking the pills. I even had to take the break taking the gummies due to too much selenium in blood.
Selenium is very important for us, it helps support our thyroids and helps with fertility. As well as helps protect us from certain cancers. I've felt a little better after I started taking selenium and will continue to do so.
These are small and tast great. Living in central Europe, soil selenium levels are low (wife and I have also had low plasma selenium living here) and the element is often left out of kid's multivitamins. I give my son 1/week and he eats them without question. If you hate pills, as an adult, it can replace pills.

I wish they had a lower dose in 100mg but I cut these in half and give half to my child every few days. She doesnt like the taste, but she eats it. the quality seems okay. but the gummies are very small size so when I cut them in half there isnt much of a gummy left.
