I’ve been using this supplement for a few weeks now, and overall, I’m quite pleased with the results. It seems to do exactly what it’s intended to do, and I’ve noticed a steady improvement in how I feel since incorporating it into my routine. The supplement is easy to take, and I appreciate that the ingredients are clearly listed with no unnecessary fillers. While I didn’t experience dramatic changes overnight, I believe consistency is key with any supplement. I’m giving it four stars because there’s always room for improvement, but I’d definitely consider purchasing it again.

Excellent quality and good ingredients highly absorbed dosage is good 4000 IU you must take vitamin k2 with it to make sure that calcium goes to bones and teeth. I take 2 capsule of this with one capsule of vitamin k2 i notices increasing in my immunity it's very effective I had a deficiency in vitamin d due to not exposure to sun and this product helped me. size of capsule is reasonable taste is good package is good
