These are nice small capsules and not a lot to take each day as the HCL formula is condensed and no side effects like the monohydrate.

I think Kaged and this creatine hcl is the best on the market! No gass, no bloating, no pain in stomach. Its tasty (lemon lime) and give me more power, strength and recovery.
