Before I was taking 10 000 IU of the same brand but had only 35 in my blood test. Now I am taking 50 000 IU daily and my level of vitamin D in blood test raised up to 74. I am happy with that. I gonna keep taking it till I reach my necessary level of 100. Then I gonna take 10 000 daily. What I don't like about this product that it doesn't come in a gel capsule which helps with the absorption.
