I have found this D supplement to be highly effective. After I was in a serious car accident and was bedbound for months during recovery, I got very little exposure to the sun--and my D levels dropped quite a bit. After a couple months of once-a-day supplementation, my D is comfortably back in the normal range--even without a lot of outdoor exposure in these shorter and cloudier days of winter. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, and the package is very generous in size, lasting several months.

D3 is crucial for immune support. Up north we don't get much sun, so we need higher dosage of Vitamin D3. It should be taken with Vitamin K2-MK7. Package is good and taste is good.
