The label says, "Cleanse and Detoxify", and it seems to work pretty well. Do some research on "sweet wormwood" on the Internet to learn more about it. Be sure to follow the "Suggested Use" directions, i.e. shake well, between meals, and amount of water. The taste is a bit strong in water, but juice can be used. I love it!
good quality ingredients. not keen on the taste but it's so beneficial I don't mind. I bought it for all its amazing properties. love that it's a liquid with a dropper so it absorbs fast.

I'm dosing 2x 200mg artemisinin daily.
