I love tea, and I only had one cup. I did not know it came in crystal form like ginger tea, but it does, and I drank it hot. I cannot wait to taste it cold. I researched and read about the benefits and fell in love with it. It's a perfect blend; It's caffeine, so it's the perfect nightcap.
