The benefit of this tea is really good. Ever since I've been using it, I have had a very good sleep.

This tea had all the ingredients of supplements that I was looking to include. The taste of the tea was due to the quality that was fine. The only thing that was a small negative was the tea bag paper tag was always at the bottom of my tea. I just had to remember not to swallow the last of the tea. The tea bag was strong and never split open. Yes I squeeze every tea bag last drop. No waste. The price was fine.

My mom had always very high blood pressure, she is in medication of course and this tea I bought to add natural support to her medication. She is drinking it from time to time, taste is good. Hopefully it will help her with lowering blood pressure.

The taste is mild and pleasant. To be honest, have not had it enough to make an honest review. But my BP rises at night so will take prior to bedtime. Can't harm.
