My endocrinologist recommends that I take black cumin from time to time. I choose capsules so I don't have to deal with the bitter taste. I used capsules from a different brand, but these are better! It's a good supplement, it works well on the gastrointestinal tract, and my headaches have become less of a problem.
Have not started on this so will review later.. I purchased this as was told it is good for my kidney health as I do not drink much water.. but after buying it was also advised to drink tons of water as bitter melon also contains high oxalate levels that can contribute to kidney stones.. so it is still stuck in my medicine cabinet 😁
I use this occasionally to boost immune system. I'm not sure if bitter melon added is better or not, no way to test. But from TCM point of view bitter melon is a cooling food and black seed is the opposite. So that is a balance between both, so I like this combo.
