My son has autism and these help him support his cognition. He is 12 and I give him about 4 a day. Taste is okay, I can hide them in his smoothies but he can also swallow pills. He doesn't do so well on individual amino acids but does great on this blend and composition of aminos. The akg is great for ammonia. He eats a varied diet with lots of vegetables and fruits which has also helped him a lot.
Amino acids are involved in feedback loops, where they can regulate their own synthesis through end-product inhibition and are regulated by hormones like glucagon. They also support cellular and physiological functions through feedback, such as activated T cells requiring amino acids for proliferation and stress response, where tyrosine helps increase neurotransmitter production.
This product is expensive, but you gets a lot of capsules in the package. The quality of the ingredients is good. This is the only amino acid supplement I could find without histadine. I have more energy since taking this. I like taking it with a protein shake after a workout.
I love the ingredients of this amino acids. I am allergic to histedine and most of the brands contain it in their formulas. Size is quite small and easy to swallow thiugh you have to take 8 tablets. The quality of protein is good. I feel benefits from taking this supplement

I’ve been taking Kirkman Labs Amino Support, and it’s been great for recovery after workouts. The capsules are a bit large, but manageable, and I like that it has a full spectrum of essential amino acids. I feel less sore and more energized throughout the day.
