The quality of this product is amazing, it tastes really bitter and strong. It was hard to eat at first. The size is so cute and tiny. The benefit of it is great and would still keep on taking it as its really good for you. I would recommend it to everyone.
It smells terrible, and tastes like road tar, BUT it works well! I melt it into my hot coffee each morning, and it's not nearly as yucky. Just be careful not to get it on anything, as it is extremely sticky and will stain anything it touches. Dissolves fast in hot liquid such as tea or coffee.

best supplement you can get for your total longevity and Entergy! the taste is not that awful for me I put it in a small amount of warm water mix amount of a rice grain of shilajit and drink it each morning. it feels good in the body. cannot say any special noticable difference. I bought it for it's density in beneficial minerals and vitamins and antioxidantas, and heard it's a very strong anti aging... for sure I will purchase it again. I'm sure it's the kind of ingredients you should take daily for years.. especially in this time where our food water and air is harmful and deficient.. this one is important!
