It literally has a great effect and when taken with beet root and or berberine, it can lower your blood pressure without possibly needing the western meds. That's a great benefit! There's no taste. The size of the pill may be somewhat big for those who have difficulty swallowing, but it's not chunky. Just drink a big glass of water. The other ingredients/fillers don't affect the potency of the product so you're getting the full benefit. L-arginine is an amino acid, so it serves as a great use for workouts, fitness and diet. It's also very good for weight training and exercise performance. It's packaged very tight and secured for freshness. I recommend this brand!

It seems to be a quality product, convenient packaging, relatively large pill. A product I'm trying for the first time. I read that it helps with increased blood flow during exercise like citrulline and arginine, but I understood that this type has a relatively immediate effect but also stops activity in the body and leaves quickly, so I take it before exercise. It also helps with erections. Let's hope it's worth the purchase.
