I chose it based on its ingredients. It's not too sweet and tastes great. In the summer, I drink it dissolved in cold water, but I'm wondering what to do with it in the winter.
It's a delicious-tasting product, despite being of this type. It's easy to prepare, doesn't harden, dissolves easily, and provides several servings due to its size. The combination of ingredients greatly helps meet the requirements for aerobic physical activity in daily training.

I'm sorry but it tastes like medicine.. Not sure it has much benefits either despite labelling some good ingredients.. I salvage my shake by combining with other powders and to adjust the taste in particular. Thank goodness I purchased it at discount instead of the full price
